We’re looking for homes across Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach and Southwest Florida that are ready for a complete repaint — inside or out. You get the work at 25% off our standard rate. We get the before-and-after photos and video for our website. That’s the whole trade.
Who qualifies
Four things, that’s all.
Five years or more
Your home hasn’t been repainted in at least five years — or never has been.
A full repaint
The whole interior or the whole exterior. Not a single room, not a touch-up.
Interior or exterior
Either one qualifies — homes and businesses both.
Camera welcome
You’re comfortable with us photographing and filming the work for our website.
Why we’re doing it
We’d rather show you than tell you.
Anybody can say they do good work. We’d rather point at the houses and let you look at them.
Every showcase home gets the exact same treatment as a full-price job — surfaces properly prepped, edges and cut-ins done by hand, and the site left clean when we go. That’s the entire reason we want it on camera in the first place.
The schedule is the only limit — once the calendar fills, it fills.
Showcase pricing applies to full interior or full exterior repaints. Participation includes permission to photograph and film the project for The Painting Perfectionists’ website and social media. Scheduling subject to availability.
